utm_source) present in the page's address when you submitted the form - Whether you opted in to receive marketing updates, and which version of that consent request you saw
Separately, this website offers optional analytics — see "Cookies and tracking" below. We do not use advertising pixels or any other automated tracking beyond that. We do not maintain user accounts, and there is no database behind this website beyond the form-processing service described below and the analytics preference described below.
How we use your information

Service providers and cross-border processing
This website is built to process form submissions through Netlify, a third-party service provider used to operate and host the site, and — only if you accept analytics — usage measurement through Google Analytics. Like many service providers used to run a website, Netlify and Google may process or store information on infrastructure located outside Canada, which means that information could become subject to the laws of another jurisdiction while it is being processed there. We choose service providers with reasonable care, but we do not control where a given provider ultimately processes data.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a third-party analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use this website and to improve its content. Analytics is optional and off by default: Google Analytics does not load, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you accept it via the banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies in your browser to support that measurement.
You can decline analytics, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Analytics preferences" link in the footer of any page. Declining or later withdrawing consent stops future analytics measurement and does not affect your ability to use any part of this website, including submitting a form, requesting a guide, or reaching Jessie.
This analytics preference is entirely separate from the marketing-updates checkbox on our inquiry forms, described above — accepting analytics does not opt you into marketing emails, and declining analytics does not withdraw marketing consent you may have separately given. We do not use Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, or remarketing/advertising tracking on this website. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated to describe it before it happens.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. If you'd like to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted, contact us using the details below.
